Dear Moderators, as I'm unable to contact someone by phone or non-general communication from the lack of options on the web page, I think this is the next best way. I have not been a user of Avast for some time now and upon your investigation you should be able to see this has not be active on any of my PC's for use. However today 07/07/2020 reviewing my bank account I see a payment was taken from my account for Avast and imo unauthorised.
This was completed yesterday by the date noted 06/07/2020 however upon also checking my emails I have not received a receipt or an email to advise/confirm such a payment and as this software is not on my PC I don't have a license number.
I've also review the section noted as "My Subscription" which also highlights I do not have a subscription. So I ask if you could please explain how this has happened and arrange a refund to my account, confirming via my email you have listed .
