problem with malware I need help

Hi.
I constantly get this message, as a notification in the Windows taskbar.

"access to https://xml.mopushy.com/ has been blocked by Avast because the server certificate has been revoked"

I've already run Smart Analysis, and Malwerbytes too, and can't find anything.
I've searched the web and there is no precise information on what this problem is, what it means or how to solve it.

Please 'modify' your post change the URL from http to hXXp or www to wXw, to break the link and avoid accidental exposure to suspect sites, thanks.

Avast isn't the only one that doesn't like it, see attached image.

Are you attempting to get to this web site ?
If not this is usually an indication of an underlying infection (hidden or undetected) or a change in your browser (settings or add-on) and avast is preventing it from calling home, etc.
