Synch between Google Calendar on Phone to Google Calendar on Laptop

I have a Google Calendar on my phone that is populated with appointments. This Google phone calendar SHOULD synchronize with the Browser based version and I have spent several hours confirming that both calendars are set to synch with each other.

As of right now the only thing that is still in doubt is whether Avast Premium Security is blocking the inbound data from the calendar on my phone.

How do I allow and check/confirm that the two calendars can sync with each other?

Open the phone settings and find the section responsible for accounts, then go to Google sync settings and activate the slider next to the calendar. After I did that, everything worked for me, and I even checked with my printable calendar, and everything was correct. I'm sure it will work for you.
