Avast Cleanup won't quit

I was looking at Avast Cleanup but decided not to purchase it. Now I can't get the Cleanup app to quit. I used activity monitor to force quit but Avast Cleanup is still running and it shows up in my finder bar. HELP

You can turn off the "Show the Avast Cleanup icon in your menu bar" in Preferences > General. If you don't want the Cleanup to proactively check available space then turn off also "Enable AlertMe!" in Preferences > Alerts.
