This site can’t be reached The connection was reset.

"This site can’t be reached The connection was reset" message randomly happens on different websites and I have noticed disabling the webshield seems to stop it from happening.

Any ideas on how to fix this without disabling webshield would be greatly appreciated.

Ok I may have found a solution to my own problem!  :o

By taking the tick out of "scan secure connections" seems to be working.
