The logo in the middle, it is an image file.
Is there a way to change it? if the address is somewhere on PC then I can just copy another image there.
So is there a way to change the logo?

Not any more than you can change the Google logo if you were using Chrome.
This is the image I see in the latest version of the Secure Browser.
