Brave browser now does this for facebook en google clid parameter tracking.

Could avast secure browser do a similar track-blocking,
so users aren't being tracked all over the Internet through pages they visit?

Like: https://example.org?fbclid=uniquevalue & https://example.org?gclid=uniquevalue.

Read on how Google does this (unencrypted) here:

As long as the browser of choice does not have this functionality,
Against tracking parameters (and more) install:

Extension ClearURLs for Firefox:
https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/firefox/addon/clearurls/

ClearURLs for Chromium based browsers (as Avast Secure Browser)
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clearurls/lckanjgmijmafbedllaakclkaicjfmnk
