What is your firewall mode set to, Private or Public  ?

If public try setting it to Private if this is for your home network as the public option is much more strict.

Why/how is it blocking it, e.g. are you getting any avast warning/message ?
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

I had same problem on both firewall modes.

Its blocking like that I dont have access to the internet. No avast warning.

For example:

This site can’t be reachedforum.avast.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

If I want to connect, I must disconnect and connect again, but l will blocking very soon. Sometimes after 2-3 minutes, sometimes after 6-7 minutes.

Some times that error happens when Spammers are being banned and this can tie up the forums for a period.

EDIT: Just had one shortly after posting this and it did coincide with someone getting banned.

@Nemanja12
I think David is assuming Avast is blocking just access to this forum, and his answer is based on that assumption.
However, from reading your OP I think your problem is wider than that, i.e. avast is blocking your wifi and internet and particular work access. If not please explain.
Are you using a VPN for work access?

Yes, it is wider. It is not blocking just forums or some specific websites. Its blocking 100% internet connection and it stayed blocked until I don't do disconnecting and connecting again on Wi-Fi  connection.
No, I don't use VPN for work access.

If it is the way
What the sense of public mode?

As Im sure, as one do with Windows Firewall, set public when connect directly to internet (modem connected using ethernet, or use mobile phone as modem)

Is your internet connection OK when you disable Avast firewall?
I have Avast free version so do not have Avast firewall so you will have to wait for someone who has it and can offer you more specific advice.
Have you tried to Repair Avast via UI. Menu>Settings>Troubleshooting>[Repair App]
otherwise uninstal Avast (using avastclear.exe) and clean install.
