I used the driver updater for the first time today.  The Realtec Audio speakers driver was updated, but now the is not sound.
What is the next step?

What is the next step?
Is the volume turned on? Is the correct audio driver selected? If all of that is done and still no success,
roll back the update and see if that solves the problem.

Same problem here. Speakers worked fine until I used updater for the first time. Now the computer does not even know there are speakers attached. Very annoying. Your instructions on how to fix this need to be broken down, made more simple and effective. If I were to "roll back the update" how do I do that ??

Hello,

could you please provide us with the logs package so we can investigate what went wrong in your case and fix that?

You can simply send them by executing our log collector utility from this path C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Driver Updater\dulogcollector.exe and once the logs are collected they will be automatically send to our server.

Once it is done, please let me know which email address you have used there so we can join the logs with your report here.

Thanks
