did my password got lost?

So my Avast password was syncing with my Facebook Account, but i formatted my PC, so i have to login again, when i tried to login using facebook it asked me to make a new password for "Avast Account" (with a note that i shouldn't reuse facebook password), after logging in Avast Account using facebook email and the new password, my passwords database are empty? ? ? ?

Did you have a backup database stored with us or only locally on your PC?
Please PM me the email address you used for Avast Passwords.
