New beta version 20.6.2419

So to confirm the icarus.exe issue has not been resolved.

The splash screen is currently set to be shown only once for each version (like 20.5, 20.6, ...) So if you already saw it in one of previous beta, it will not be displayed again. This will probably change in the 20.7 release, but right now this is the correct behavior.

For a mere 0.1 update increment I feel this is overkill, given what the actual changes are in these small 0.1 updates.  Unless there is something of note, which would include the inclusion of ransomware protection in the free version and I actually removed that.
