Avast account subscription issue

Hi
I purchased avast Ultimate multi device.
I can put my activation code and install my apps, it works.
But when I sign up for an avast account my subscription doesnt show up.. I want to manage my devices. My main concern is to be able to remove devices I dont use any more to free up slots for new devices.

The email you use for your Avast account has to be the same as the one you used for the purchase of Avast Ultimate. Please PM me your activation code if you still need assistance.
