What's The Creation Behind Avast 4.8 Alarm Sound ?

Avast 4.8 Virus Alarm Sound has been known to be scary and causing panic especially when watching or listening to music

So what's the idea behind making a scary tone ?

does it matter? .... avast 4.8 was obsolete many, many years ago
