Cannot access centurylink email. Avast says it is phishing

Earlier today, I could access my centurylink email.  Now, Avast says it is blocked because it is phishing.
I am able to read my email on my iPad, but not on my desktop.

Thank you for your replies.  Avast fixed it evidently because today, I am able to access my email.
