I have been using VPN Since Nov-2019. All was well except for the disconnects that would happen at random. Not sure if it was the VPN itself or my network.
Since the about 10 days the VPN refuses to connect(Windows / Mac / iOS / Android). I connected the help desk, and they connected to my machine(Windows) remote and said there is a new update of the software and the UI is also changed. So he uninstalled and reinstalled a new update.
The new update also refuses to connect at all. It also does not give me any option to choose a different server. The server defaults to Tel Aviv. Had a similar problem on Mac, and when I changed the server location to elsewhere it got working there. The Mac VPN software was not reinstalled thou, so it still had an option to choose which server I wanted to connect to.
