Avast Omni Internet connection problem

 I currently have a Technicolor modem/router, model CGM4331COM, rented from my internet provider Xfinity (Comcast).  Whenever I hook up my Avast Omni hub, I lose all access to the internet through my PC.  Pulling out the Omni Hub from my Technicolor Modem and the internet returns immediately.  Any suggestions?  I have tried reconfiguration with no success.

I had that problem many month ago and received help from Avast.
I've reported this to Avast. Let's see if that gets you some help.

Ce problème là n'a rien à voir avec la configuration. Essayez des faire une demande d'aide chez Avast direct.
