Need to recoved passwords after reseting phone to factory

Dears,

I had to reset my phone to factory settings. The android app was functioning at that time. After reset I have discovered that the android app is no longer available for download.
I have contacted Avast customer service and they told me that I can recover the passwords because after checking the system he confirmed that I have created a backup of your passwords on May 12th, 2020.
I need some instructions on how to do that as I understand that I can do it only on PC. I have checked also the website but the instructions are not applicable for me as I had the free version of avast and also on the phone the password app was the free version.

Not solved, yet. It does not work as I can not access password manager as it can not be downloaded. As for the last pass I have tried to import but avast is not in the list for importing directly.
Please keep in mind that I have used the free android version.

Hello. Not solved yet because the phone app request approval from the mother device, which is my laptop and I couldn't find where that approval is in the pc.
More over, to make things worse the master password is lost and is also not found în the email.:(

Hi,

Please make sure to follow the process as outlined here: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Synchronize-Passwords-across-devices/

We do not create nor do we store the Master password. Hence, you would not find it in an email from us.
If you do not remember the Master password, then you will, unfortunately, have to start from scratch.
