Unfortunately some site providers (hosting services) host many URLs on the same IP address and that can result in other domains being tarred with the same brush.  It can also be the host site having outdated content management software, leaving your site vulnerable.

As an Avast user I don't know exactly why the Avast Virus Labs team would reject the application.  But those links I provided, especially the second appear to show weakness in regard to Security, which I can only assume the web designer or Host could resolve.

I had no problem with connecting with the link using Firefox.

Obviously I can't complete it and send a report as my email would result in contact with me.  There is also the captcha (not a robot) to get past.  Were you using the same email you have for the forum (?) as that appears to be acceptable.

This is my gmail : xxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com
Please help me brother

It is unwise posting your email in a public forum, unless you like spam, so removal is best.

With some of the limited permissions I have on the forums, I know what your forum email is.  I was just seeking confirmation that was what you used when you tried to submit the form.

As an Avast user not an Avast Team member I can't get your site cleared as such.

You mentioned that you got a response from avast support:

So it would be pretty hard to get past that without action on your part.

changing the provider means I'm going to redo the site from scratch.
that's really hard decision
in all this I thank you very much my brother for your help
