When will I get my money back?

Hi.
Avast tricked me, i had autorenewal on and without any warning e-mail, it charged my credit card with the amount of 79 euros (!) for renewal my subsciption. Directly, I cancelled my subscription and got a message that I will get my money back. But its been more than 10 days and still nothing. Does any one know why?

It can take up to 10 business days before funds are credited to your account.

You should have received a renewal notice email, the usual cause/s for not getting it:
Email ending up in your spam folder or an incorrect email (typo, old, etc.) address.

as well as an auto-renewal subscription notification 8/2/20, 1:03:33 AM Central Daylight Time.
There is no refund request under your email:****rn** @ hotmail .com

Thank you for your answer. But I only find how to update my credit card details, i cant remove it.
