Unable to access "settings" within Window Desktop

Although I AM able to access and log-in to my AVAST account online, i am Unable to access "settings" within Window Desktop (Avast Premium Security) even though i am pretty sure that the password is the same. How do i recover the password for the settimngs area of Window Desktop (Avast Premium Security) plesae. Any ideas?

The password for your my.avast.com account IS different the the program password (if you set one ?) to protect your Avast Settings from being changed.

So unless you specifically chose the same password (not always a great idea) then the likelihood is that it is different.
