Why is Avast Blocking Websites with Adsterra ads?

I added adsterra ads codes on my website and when i tried visiting my website, Avast One keeps blocking it.
What is the problem

Many are unwilling to visit unknown 3rd party site and unknown content.

Screenshots can be attached to posts.
- Attaching Images to your post - When you Click the Reply button it opens a text window for you to post your comment (reply or post).
Click the Preview button, that shows what you have input and expands it to include 'Attachments and other options'. Click that it further expands, here you can attach images, etc. at the bottom of your post.

Adsterra, a Scottish advertiser, is not completely above board according to some, read here:

Dr.Web qualifies adsterra as a not recommended site.
and
Adsterra Geo-Targeting, some suspect it as operatng with black hat tricks.
