Duplicate charges to my credit card for the same account!

I am getting charged at least twice for my Premium service. How do I get it straightened out and get a refund for one of them?

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.

Is anyone at AVAST reading these posts? I don't want to put my 3 account numbers up here if no one that can do anything is going to read them!

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
That way you aren't putting anything on the forum but dealing directly with Avast.

Thanks bob3160 I sent a detailed accounting of my problem to support, with the order numbers. My problem is as I stated in my first post, I am being charged twice for the same account.
