I had a free trail of Avast antivirus, in the meantime I canceled my automatic subscription payment in the Paypal account, but after 60-days trial I saw the subscription automatically continued and I was charged 75$.
I stopped my Paypal account, but it sees they put my request in the chargeback status.
Then Avast refused to refund me since it was in the chargeback. And I was asked to contact Paypal to remove it from chargeback.
I asked Paypal and it seems my case has closed and I have nothing to do with them, and everything is denied or removed.
But still I have problem with Avast since they don't want to solve it easily and ask me to get a letter from Paypal which is impossible. I have sent many times Paypal answer but why you don't pay attention to that. I have 30-days money back but it seems time is running and eventually the money back period will over.
So please help me how I can solve this without putting a lot of time sending emails to Avast everyday.
