confidential codes

Perhaps not an AVAST problem, but a big problem to me
      My online bank and my ANTS (french Gov site) keep telling me my code confidential is either blocked or not know. I have asked for, and receive new codes for both sites but when I come to use then, both sites, still the same result. Either blocked or wrong.    Any suggestions would help

If you think your problem is due to Avast, try turning off the shields and see if those websites work whilst Avast is disabled.
If yes, then disable one shield at a time e.g. behaviour shield then web shield and see which one is causing the problem.
Please report back your findings here (or maybe in the French section if both websites are French and likely to be used by other French users.)
If the website you have used safely in the past is now blocked due to Avast, you can report a false positive to Avast here: https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php

When seeking help, it always useful to state the following:
Which version of Avast paid/free ?
Whch Operating System and version?
Do you have any other antivirus/antimalware software installed or not fully uninstalled?
