Can’t join developer whitelisting program, exe is over 50mbs?

I need to join the developer program to get access to the ftp as my exe is over 50mbs, but I can’t join the program without uploading a file. Is there some other way of joining the program?

Hi,

You can attach a dummy file or something smaller.
