buffering and slow internet with my VPN on

 just reinstalled VPN on my pc and it takes very long time to load a page on the internet
when using twitch the buffering is bad and same with sites like CR and funimation
as soon as i turn the VPN off its fine  :(

Have you tried the different Server Locations? Maybe that will help trying a different server.
Speed, among other things, can be affected by Server Load based on time of day and also your ISP.
