« on: September 26, 2006, 03:47:42 PM »
Can language files be downloaded separatly from somewhere? I have an english version of setup file,so when iI reinstal avast  or windows I allways lose serbian language file. Multilanguage version of setup is too big for me to download, due to very poor net connection.

Thanks!!

No, the language files cannot be downloaded separately. If you are connected to the Internet, however, you can go to the Language page of program settings, click the link "To download additional languages, click here" and check the required language modules in the control panel applet. Then, only the needed files will be downloaded and installed.

Anyway, you can download the full avast file (with all languages) if you're using avast off-line.

Hmm... I tried that also but no luck whatsoever. The download allways brakes at approximatley 50-55% download. And it did that 5 times, before I quit downloading it. I will try another time again. I would really like to have that version so I wouldn't have to download language file all the time. I use avast oline also, as offline, but my connection is very poor-dialup.

Thanks and many regards!!

Sure, just leave out the "pro" part - i.e. http://files.avast.com/iavs4pro/setupful.exe
