Refund

hello, i have been using avast premium for about 1-2 years. i tried stopping my subscription a few months ago but i guess it didnt work because i saw that a email about payment being taken from my account was sent to me 10 hours ago. i opened my order page and stopped my subscription then pressed the refund button, it said that i will get refunded. but right now, i still have avast premium active on my computer and i didnt get any payment from avast. is this normal? did my refund work? on avast website, it says that my subscription was cancelled but i just wanted a confirmation. 86613700900 is my order number.

I'm not sure of the 'Refund' button as I haven't gone through that process
However, refunds are not immediate, it can take approx. 7- 10 business days to complete.

Yeah don't worry as of yet. It takes some time to get your money back.
