3 Shields not starting

Hi

 I turn off Avast when  playing games , but sometimes when I re enable the 13 shields it still says that three haven't started again. ... Any ideas? And does any one else see this?..it dosnt happen all the time thou.

Do you turn them off/on individually, via the user interface, or tray icon?
Which version do you have installed?
Have you tried to repair it? https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Repair-Antivirus
If it happens again, I would suggest that you add your support package id here.

Also, when playing games you might want to consider using the Do Not Disturb Mode.
