Very happy to provide feedback on the browser. I really want a better browser that Chrome but I'm finding that Avast loses the ability to connect to any site on wake from sleep (Mac OS Big Sur) so I have to force quit it several times a day. Is there any way to provide feedback to you on this issue? Also upgrading to a newer version of Avast leads to all saved passwords disappearing - not a great outcome when I've saved tens of passwords.

I would like there to be a security window to block you from accindentally clicking some links to shady websites, for example recently there's been links hidden in some YouTube comments.
Would be good if there would be some confirmation asking if one really wants to open up that link so to say.

Currently, Avast will certainly let you know if the link you click leads you into danger. It will block your access to dangerous or infected sites. It's very hard to miss one of these warnings.

Turn off the 'are you happy with us' pop up. It appears whenever I move to a new page, reload the page, even change tabs. It's fucking annoying and I want it to stop harassing me. This is why I used this in the first place. FIX THIS BULLSHIT >:( >:( >:(

I did not voluntarily install "Avast Secure Browser." Apparently the last update to the free version of Avast Antivirus was automatic and no longer allowed users to uncheck the option to install the browser. I was extremely surprised when I rebooted my computer after an update to find a customized version of Google Chrome plastered on my screen. I wondered what had happened.

I originally started using Avast because it was an antivirus program that was not a resource hog. It just worked. I didn't care who made it. Despite the criticism and disparaging remarks that were neither deserved nor had nothing to do with the creators or the product, I promoted its use for decades. I understand that the freeware model isn't the best business plan, so promotion, subscriptions, and paid products must support the the company. However, pushing an internet browser and messing with my preferences is too far. Please only make installing products only a voluntary opt-in option.

For years of a quality product, I am being nice.

Thank you,
Tom Sisson

hello,
can you re give the choice to the users for select and delete cookies manually that's will be help full for juste actualise a cookie if a bug coming or something else...
if I want to delete a cookie manually, I have to delete them all or go through the Windows cookie manager and it's too boring because the cookies are not well referenced in relation to the website to which they belongs...

I did try to report this as an issue via the browser links in Avast's Browser - GoDaddy flatly refuses to allow me to log-in to my GoDaddy account using the Avast Browser and insists I use a different one.

Hello Tony494,

Would it be possible to provide us with the diagnostic information or some screenshots ?

I was able to create an account and login using the Avast Secure Browser.

Can we get multiple session management with separate colored tabs like Ghost Browser in Avast Secure Browser?

Hi! How are You? Me my health is not good, but getting a bit better. I would like to suggest that You add a delete text right click option in Your Avast extensions page where all the Avast extensions are if we want to add them to Avast Browser, from my point of view it should be a no-brainer, if Avast believe in democracy well why not let us choose what We want and what option we want to add in Avast Browser, if some want to use the keyboards and keys to delete let them have it but for those of us which We are used to have that in Internet Explorer and Firefox and even Opera has it, why not You? What is the big fuss about that, even if We are in the minority that are using that option to delete a text in web forms and the like, for computer programmers it should be easy to create an extension that We can add, even if there is not a lot of people downloading it, it will be there if someone who is tired of using the keyboard and want to use a different method for a change and create more flexibility within the Avast Browser and help everyone. We are not all computer experts or like the term I do not like that much, Geek. Please help us all.
Thank You for Your Attention and Collaboration and patience reading all my cry. It will be the first an the last of those type of message from me. Take good care and be safe. Have a nice day or at least try to.

@chrcareman,
I for one don't understand what it is you are asking for.
Please be more specific. Thanks

Will avast secure browser also come with heuristic typo-squatting site-blocking like MS' Edge now has implemented inside the browser?

Quote
New warning dialog for typosquatting sites. The browser will show a warning on some sites with URLs that look very similar to other sites. This UI uses client-side heuristics to warn users about sites that might be spoofing popular web sites. For more information, see What is typosquatting?[2].

[2] https://support.microsoft.com/topic/what-is-typosquatting-54a18872-8459-4d47-b3e3-d84d9a362eb0

Typosquatting example:  rnicrosoft.com (here it says:  r n i c r o s o f t . c o m)
Do not click links right away after you have found them inside an e-mail.

Paid for typosquatting prevention exists:

There also are specific lists to add to existing blockers:
