Malwarebytes puts Avast is passive mode

With the latest Avast update, it seems to conflict with Malwarebytes now. They got along just fine before I updated to 20.7.2425 (build 20.7.5568.599). For me to get it out of passive mode, it is telling me that I have to uninstall Malwarebytes. Is there a fix for this outside of removing Malwarebytes?
