Can't Cancel My Subscription

Hi, I got the free 60-day trial and the email used was ***removed for privacy reasons ***.
I have also made an account under ***removed for privacy reasons ***.
I have tried to cancel and sent MANY requests but they ask the same questions or give me a phone number that leads back to square one.
Please cancel my fuckin subscription.
You have the worst fucking support on planet earth.

You created several tickets 08/Oct/2020, and we responded to all of them and informed you that the auto-renewal was cancelled.
You were also informed that the auto-renewal was cancelled when you called in.

Please clarify if there is anything else outstanding.
