avast does not accept key and license

Hello! After Avast issued a message that the license was expiring, I purchased it and added it.
But avast does not want to accept the sent key ("Unable to process the request, please try again later"), and does not accept the license file ("Unable to apply the license file. Invalid signature. The license file is damaged or changed.")
