False Positive: Site Blocked
« on: October 14, 2020, 10:34:01 AM »
Hello,

I would like to report the our website wxw.colonial-one.com has been added to Avast blacklist - but it's safe :)
It's causing some problem to my partner who needs to download file hosted there.

Could someone put it in whitelist or tell me how to ask for this?

Thanks

Hi colonialone,

You can report a suspected FP (File/Website) here: https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php
Wait for an avast team member there to give a final verdict, as we here are just volunteers with relative knowledge in the field of website security, but we cannot come and unblock

Medium security risk: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.colonial-one.com

It is probably this redirect that is being flagged: Results from scanning URL: -https://apps.elfsight.com/p/platform.js
Number of sources found: 10
Number of sinks found: 8

VT alerts: 1 detected files embedding this domain. Status codes

These should normally all be the same:
GoogleBot returned code 301 to -https://colonial-one.com/
Google Chrome returned code 301 to -https://colonial-one.com/
