ZERT IE_VML_patch for Win 9* & Win 2***

Hi malware fighters.

There is now also an unofficial patch for the obsolete Win 9* platform and win 2***
created by the amazing ZERT gurus: http://www.security.nl/article/14513/1/Internet_Explorer_VML_patch_voor_Windows_9x_en_2000.html

Good attitude to not leave those users out in the cold,

Thanks polonus for finding it and thank ZERT for making the patch available.
This should make quite a few people with older systems happy
