At this time, it is confirmed that the program has been upgraded to 5.6.4982. I don’t know if it’s because of the control of the Chinese network or the program upgrade.
I looked at the forum information, China area cannot be used normally, but when I purchased it, there was no clear prompt to explain the problem. Moreover, it can be used normally within two months. Although the speed is not ideal, I paid for two years and used it for less than 2 month.
Is there any other way I can continue to use it or apply for a refund?
