That's what I did, but the link to the support (in French) is not the same, there is no phone contact, only by email by choosing a paying product in the list and "ultimate" is not present.(cf screenshot)
Nevertheless, it was more a general suggestion for avast than a specific request to help this particular member ... when I see the difficulties that many members have in contacting avast ... not being able to select the product they purchased adds a little more difficulty.
