I keep getting this when trying to update to the newest version. Also avast is refusing to scan some files. Would appreciate any help. ~Smiles2yah~

There have been some server problems.  Are you still unable to update?  Also, some files will not be scan by Avast like Spybot archive files and Zip files that are password protected.  Need more details on your part though to get a better picture.
