VPN de-installs after power off restart

I recently purchased a 5 license version of VPN and installed it on two pcs, one win7 the other win10.
It works OK, but if I power off either computer and then power up again, the program disappears.
I have set the option for it to start when the computer starts.
I can re-install it from the download file OK, but it is very annoying.
Is there any way to stop this behavior?

Could you please clarify, after restarting your PC, is the Avast SecureLine icon missing from the desktop or does the app not automatically open?
Could you please double-check that Avast SecureLine is in "Programs and Features" after the restart of your PC?
