Stuck at 14%

Heloo my avast just got stuck at 14% when i start full scan. I already reinstall it but nothing happen

To clarify, after the re-install did it get stuck at 14% again?
For how long is it stuck? A full scan can take quite some time.

Unfortunately yes, it stuck at 14% and i have a doubt that this is because of my hard disk health.

Hi,

If there are issues with your disk then it could get stuck since the Full scan only reads files from disk, and if the files are not opened, then the app is waiting for the files.
