Whitelisted Software, still Avast is blocking

Hello,
I have a software which is whitelisted from Avast, but still Avast is holding back the software, we have a paid Avast Software, please suggest me why its happening and any solution for that to run the software smooth. Thanks in Advance.

Not exactly, whitelisted software means we no need to add in Allowed Apps right, though we are adding there, the whole system is running slow and nearing to halt, once i block the software, the system is working fine.

Hi,

So if I understood correctly, you added an app under the list of ALLOWED APPS in Avast settings. This will only help in regards to Ransomware Shield, Sensitive Data Shield and Webcam Shield. You might also need to EXCLUDE the program folder. https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Use-Antivirus-blocked-allowed-apps/
If that does not help, then have a look at Exceptions: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Antivirus-scan-exclusions/
If none of the above resolves the issue, then we would need to know the exact software you are using and the exact Avast shield that is causing this issue.
