Avast Re-Activation Window
« on: October 30, 2020, 06:17:32 PM »
Hello all,

I just received a notice that my Avast Free was about to expire in a few days. I clicked to renew and a new window opened up. The new window has this message:

"Thank you for activating Avast Free Antivirus"

However, I haven't been able to figure out how to close the Window. There doesn't appear to be an "X" anywhere on the Window. The only thing I can see is an "Upgrade" button.
Any help to close the window is appreciated.

Should something like this happen again, a search 'how to close active window using keyboard' will reveal the keyboard shortcut Alt+F4 and 'poof' it should be gone.  Just ensure that the avast window is the active one.
