I requested a refund on 12/6/2021, received an email back confirming the request was received and I would hear from customer support within 48 hours. It is now 12/12/2021 and I still have no heard anything back. Per email "We confirm that we’ve received your request (14566488). We’re handling your request now and our Customer Support representative will get back to you within 48 hours."
it would be nice to hear something back and get rid of this sinking feeling that I am getting. I have always had faith in Avast but I must say this is not sitting to well with me now. I have problems with companies who are very quick to take my money but when it comes time to refund it they ghost out on me. Please don't be a ghost, Avast.
