New beta version 20.9.3151

Hi everyone,

I`m glad to announce that new beta version is ready - 20.9.3151 (build 20.9.5742).

What was fixed
Few crashes fixed
Installation process should be faster
AVG Dashboard does not include Invalid Date instead of the date of the last scan
