Blacklist and EvilCursor

Hi! For the past few days I've been getting notifications about Blacklist and EvilCursor. How do I get rid of these and are they dangerous? Thankyou!

P.S They only happen a couple of times a day, but they seem to send two at a time with ~10 minutes in between.
