So I'm new to Avast. I'm running into a number of instances where I run the installer on the workstation but it only installs the Avast Web Console, not the antivirus component. When I look in the management console and Devices, I'll see the workstation but in the Endpoint Protection column it shows a clickable link: "Install".
Clicking that displays a selection of optional components to install with the antivirus, and it says it's sent the command and now the field says "Installing". But the antivirus component never gets installed.
And the install takes
forever, is that normal? Oh, and even though the policy says to uninstall existing antivirus systems, it's not doing that.
The screenshot is of the installation process where it's claiming it's installing the antivirus services, but they don't get installed.
Any ideas, or other information I can provide?
