laqur.check-stat.com

Every time I open my Edge web browser AVAST! pops up with "laqur.check-stat.com infected with URL: Blacklist"

I've done multiple virus scans but nothing shows up, so why has this been happening since 10th November?

So are you actually trying to connect to that site ?
Have you added any ned browser add-ons recently ?

A few hits at the top if the results on a search for that site https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=laqur.check-stat.com
Some of them may help pin it down as it isn't just edge browser. 
Have you tried a different browser and if so does it still happen ?
