Avast free: plan a full (complete) system scan once every month

I use free version of Avast Free Antivirus, on Windows 10.

I would like to schedule a full system scan run every first day of the month, which runs automatically at 12:00 o'clock noon.
When the computer is not switched on at that moment, it will run the full system scan at next startup of the machine.

Is this possible with Avast Free Antivirus? If so, how to do that>?
