Is it safe and effective against tackers? Reading the numbers that appear in the icon seem to be less than those that appear with other Ad Blocks.
I like extension, but I would like to make sure it is effective and safe.

ùùBut I noticed that it also blocks ads, and blocks those in YouTube too,but not within the videos, but on the YouTube web page. Although AdGuard blocks many more. I did some tests using either one or the other extension.
