I have a 2GB USB thumbdrive (key) which is not a U3 thumbdrive. But i'm wondering if there is any way to make avast! Home Edition a portable application (just on-demand part) so i could use it with my thumbdrive as i go around. I know there is ClamWin Portable but honestly it's far from what avast! detection can offer (plus updates are much smaller and faster, keeping my thumbdrive healthy for longer time instead trashing massive update files on it, deteriating memory module).
So basically i want to make avast! able to launch from my USB thumbdrive (Simple interface for on-demand scan only) and to update it through simple interface.
